How To Print Email Through Ipad?


It is a well-known fact that all premium models of Apple have AirPrint feature Built-in. This feature is used for printing the documents directly from Apple devices without any wire. The same feature also works with the other email clients and IPad Mail app as well. If the printer doesn’t support AirPrint feature, you can download the related app from the app store and print documents directly.
Steps to a print email from iPad are discussed here as follows:
1.   Go to email app from your iPad to access the AirPrint feature.
2.   Click on the email you want to print followed by clicking on ‘Reply’ icon.
3.   Tap ‘Print’.
4.   Click to select a printer for AirPrint and select wireless printer connected to the same Wi-Fi as iPad. Once the printer gets detected, click on the name. In case the printer doesn’t get detected, check whether the printer supports AirPrint feature or not from the Apple website. You can check by entering the model number of your printer.
5.   A select number of copies you want to print. You can select a maximum of 99. Depending on the type of options, you can select any one out of it for customization.
6.   Tap Print.
How to print without AirPrint?
If your printer doesn’t support AirPrint, nothing to worry you can still print an email using third-party apps that are compatible with your printer. There are numerous apps available in the online market. To activate it, just enter the email address and enter the code received in the inbox of your email to access the dashboard. If you have not registered your printer on the manufacturer website, then first register it.
1.   Click on ‘Email’ to select the account and then ‘Login’. Later, you can add as many numbers of accounts in the app as you are maintaining right now. You can print email directly from the mail app without importing any existing accounts from the tablet. Here, login is necessary only after this, you can send the files to the printer.
2.   Tap to select the email and select ‘Email body’ given at the bottom of the message. From the top of the screen, you can check different menus like ‘Page layout’, ‘Page range’, ‘Color and quality of print’, ‘Paper settings ‘and Copies. From the ‘Copies’ option, you can select a number of pages you want to print for the same matter.
3.   Go through the above-mentioned options and check what do you like to ‘Change’ or ‘Edit’. Once done, print by clicking on ‘Print’ from the bottom of the screen. When you press this button, the files from your email will be sent to the printer and these will get printed in the symmetrical order.
