How To Get Printout Of Emails Stored In Ipad Air With Printers?

Steps to print an email through iPad Air

ü  Unlock your iPad with the screen unlock pattern.
ü  Go to the email app and select the email from the list of emails configured on it.
ü  Once the email is selected, click on the attachment or the message you want to print.
ü  Go to ‘Printer’ settings and select the options according to your preference.
ü  If there is Air Print enabled printer, then connect it to the same Wi-Fi to which the iPad is connected.
ü  If you are unsure of the AirPrint support on printer, then open the printer website and check the support.
ü  Download the latest version of AirPrint for your current printer.
ü  Select the number of copies you want to print and type of printing whether ‘Grayscale’ or ‘colored’.
ü  Click ‘Print’ finally.

The printer doesn’t support AirPrint

If you have realized that the printer you are using doesn’t support AirPrint, then there is nothing to worry about. Download the third-party apps on your device and start printing the documents. There is number of sources from where you can download the printing app. After installing the app, don’t forget to register and activate it to unlock all features. If you are new to the app, then sign-up first and enter the login details.

Click ‘Email’ now and select the email account where the documents are saved. Select ‘Printing’ shortcuts directly and start printing seamlessly without any error. If you want to print the documents sent from particular email address, then filter search and enter the address directly in the ‘Search’ menu. Another option to print is using the ‘Import contacts’ option.

1.       Open email from the left-hand side of the screen and select ‘Body’. Under this option, you can change the page size, font size, color and range of it. If you want to see the complete ‘Preferences’ then select ‘Settings’ followed by ‘Advanced’ from printer option.
