How To Print The Email With ePrint On iPad

When you receive an email message on your iPad, you may want to print a save copy for your records as much as if you were reading an email on your desktop or laptop computer. The iPad, an Apple-made tablet computer, has a touchscreen, and it connects to the Internet via free Wi-Fi. The iPad 3G + Wi-Fi model also connects to the Internet through cellular data networks. You can print email from your HP ePrint iPad to an HP wireless printer connected to your business or home wireless network, or in a public place, such as a hotel reception. You will just need a wireless printer, preferably HP ePrint, as that allows wireless printing.

Here is how you can go about the process:

1.      Press the "Home" button on your iPad, located below the touchscreen.

2.      Tap the "ePrint" icon to launch the app. Enter your email address to create an account with HP ePrint if you want to be able to make an audience impression, then tap "Go". Tap the "Home" button to go back to the home screen. Tap the "Mail" icon to launch the app. Check your email for an HP activation code, and follow the instructions to activate your account.

3.      Press the "Home" button twice to see a list of recent apps. Tap the "ePrint" icon in the list to return to the ePrint application. The "What would you like to print" appears.

4.      Touch "Email". Tap the name of your email provider, such as "Google GMail or" AOL ", or tap" another IMAP account. "Enter your email address and password, and then tap" Done ".

5.      Tap "Email" once again, and then tap the name of the email account you want to print a message on.Print application logs into your account and retrieves your messages. Touch an email message you want to print.

6.      Tap "Print," then tap "Choose Apple AirPrint." The ePrint app automatically searches for compatible printers available via free Wi-Fi. Touch the name of a printer that is connected to your business or home wireless network. Tap print options, such as the number of copies to print, and then tap "Print".

7.      Tap "Print," then tap "Near Me" if you have an iPad + 3G Wi-Fi and want to use a public printer, and you've already signed up for an HP ePrint account. The basic iPad has no GPS and cannot search for nearby public printers based on GPS coordinates. You can also type a keyword or zip code into the search bar, and then tap "Search." Touch the name of the public print service location, then tap "Print." The ePrint application sends your email to the printer through the HP cloud-based network. You will see a recovery code, which you must take to the print service location to get your print to protect your privacy. Print prices vary by location, so you need to check this before taking any action.

Facing Problem In Printing From Brother’s Printer Using Apple AirPrint?

Most of us are able to use the AirPrint mode on brother’s printer successfully but there are few who are facing problem in printing through Apple AirPrint feature. We are going to discuss the steps to solve the problem.

1.       First of all, we would like to mention that this feature is accessible only on the iOS supported devices like iPad, iPod and iPhone with OS higher than 4.2. This can be checked by getting into the device settings. You can also refer the apple website for support and compatible OS.

2.       Check the brother printer firmware version as well. If you are using the previous version, then update it to the latest version in order to remove the bugs and issues. Click to check the firmware version from the ‘Printer main menu’.

3.       If the version of the software is earlier than 1.6  then update it at the earliest. You can download the latest firmware for your printer from the official website of Brother’s printer.

4.       The printing machine must be connected to the same network to which the iOS device is connected for accessing the AirPrint feature. If available, you can also connect both the devices together with the help of an ad-hoc connection. It must be remembered here that if you have connected your iPhone or iPad to the cellular 3G network, then you won’t print through AirPrint mode.

You can check the name of the Wi-Fi to which your devices are connected through the below-mentioned steps.

·         Go to Network configuration list from the brother machine network page.

·         Check the SSID of the network to which the printer is currently connected. Once checked, open the network list of your iOS device.

·         Check the SSID of the network from here.

·         Go to Settings followed by ‘Wi-Fi’ option.

·         Confirm that the SSID of your device is the same as brother printer’s to which it is connected.
·         Try printing now.

·         The process of printing differs according to the applications. We have considered Safari browser. If you are using any other browser, then you can contact the respective app vendor.

·         Turn on the printing machine.

·         With the help of Safari, open the page you want to print.

·         Click ‘Print’.

·         Select the brother printer from the list of printers. If it is already added, then no need to change it.

·         Click ‘Print’ and select the number of copies you want to print.

If you are still getting problem in printing then check the iOS version on the device you are using. If the apple device is not updated yet, you can contact Apple support or talk to the iOS experts.
